RIDE 4 HOSPICE HUNTSVILLE!
2024 Motorcycle Ride For Huntsville Hospice! Starting at the parking lot across from 1 Crescent Road, Huntsville, ON, this ride will be approximately 150 km long. All profits go to Huntsville Hospice. Registration is at 9 am. Kickstands up 10 am. Ride followed by food, live music, raffles, prizes and more!
THE USS NOMAD HAS BEEN BUSY!
Some of the events planned and causes supported over the last year have included:
Feb 24/24 - The Coldest Night of the Year - in support of Huntsville's Table Soup Kitchen Foundation
Feb 11/24 - Hosting Huntsville's Sci-Fi & Toy Show - cosplay, games, toys, comics, special guests
Dec 5/23 - Salvation Army's Adopt a Family at Christmas - supporting local families in need
Oct 2/23 - Pumpkin Slingshot at Sandhill Nursery - raising funds in support of Hospice Huntsville
Sept 25/23 - Canadian Walk for Veterans - in support of families & well-being of military personnel
Aug 5/23 - Hosting Ride 4 Hospice Huntsville - raising funds for palliative care services in Huntsville

We welcome all fans of science fiction (or not) and anyone who wishes to do a little cos-play while participating in Nomad activities

Our ship is our chapter. It is the fun part Fan Club. Through our club we can serve in Starfleet as members of the Nomad wearing our uniforms, having ranks and a little fun.
